Our Cafezinho is a high-quality coffee sourced directly from smallholder farms across the renowned regions of Sul de Minas, Mogiana, and Cerrado. Grown at elevations ranging from 600 to 1,200 meters, this lot features the Catuai and Mundo Novo Arabica varieties, carefully cultivated to maintain consistency and superior bean quality.

Processed naturally, the coffee cherries are sun-dried with the fruit intact, allowing the beans to absorb rich, fruity sweetness. The result is a smooth, flavorful cup highlighting notes of cashew, honeyed molasses, and milk chocolate — a classic Brazilian profile that is both balanced and approachable.

This Brazil coffee roast offers a comforting cup with notes of cocoa, light caramel, and warm nuttiness. The smooth body makes it easy to enjoy black or with a touch of sugar, just like a true cafezinho served throughout Brazil.
