Description
Roast Type: Medium Dark
Our Ethiopia Kaffa Bun is a naturally processed coffee from the renowned Sidamo region, celebrated for its high altitudes, fertile soils, and abundant rainfall — the perfect conditions for growing exceptional Arabica coffee.
Harvested by smallholder farmers using traditional Heirloom cultivars, the coffee cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for 8–10 days and turned frequently to ensure even drying. Once the ideal moisture level is reached, the dried fruit is carefully removed to reveal the green coffee bean — preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and fruity complexity.
This Grade 2 lot highlights the rich heritage of Ethiopian coffee, offering a cup that’s vibrant and flavorful with notes of strawberry, raspberry jam, cocoa, and cherry.
Every sip captures the spirit of Ethiopia — the birthplace of Arabica and the heart of coffee tradition.
