Description
Description:
Guatemala Jasmin is a carefully crafted blend of exceptional coffees from Huehuetenango and Cafes de Oriente, two of Guatemala’s most celebrated growing regions. This coffee offers a complex balance of fruity brightness and smooth cocoa depth, complemented by a lively citrus acidity and a refined sweetness.
The name Jasmin comes from the unique floral aroma that emerges when the two regional profiles are brought together. Huehuetenango contributes its high acidity and wine-like character, while Cafes de Oriente adds sweetness and body, creating a cup that’s both elegant and full-bodied — earning it Fancy Cup status.
Grown at altitudes above 1,350 meters, this coffee is classified as SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) — also known as SHG (Strictly High Grown) — ensuring slow bean development and exceptional flavor density. The beans are EP (European Preparation), meaning each lot is hand-sorted and color-graded to remove imperfections and foreign materials, guaranteeing a clean, premium cup every time.
Cup Profile:
Smooth cocoa and citrus with notes of fruit and floral aroma, finishing sweet and well-balanced.
Best for: Drip, pour-over, or espresso — versatile, clean, and lively.
Roast: Dark
