Featuring Arabica varieties such as Catimor, IHCAFE-90, Lempira, Parainema, and Obata, the coffee is carefully washed and sun-dried to enhance its inherent qualities. The result is a smooth, approachable cup with notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and raisin — a classic expression of Honduras’ highland terroir.
